Comments: Bart was very prompt and arrived exactly on time. He spent time explaining the process. He provided valuable tips in case radon was over the limit. I like the fact that, to avoid conflict of interest, that he doesn't do radon mitigation. That allows him to give accurate radon results. Also, the price is very fair.

Comments: Bart was very responsive. Had the radon test results to us in less than 3 days after reaching out to him. It was a tight timeframe if we were going to need to remediate prior to settlement. Fortunately our results reminded me of some wonderful slackers I went to college with. They were all well under 4.0. One nice thing about Bart is he does not remediate, so there is no conflict of interest.

Comments: The inspection exceeded my expectations; this is my first home purchase and Mr. Stouter explained everything as we went along. He told me what to expect when buying a newly constructed home. He talked to me about the builderâ s warranty, when to contact them and most importantly to have another inspection (no later than 11 months before the warranty expires). Mr. Stouter showed me how to check the sub pump, talked to me about the water heater, sprinkler system, when to schedule the radon inspection and many other things. He also took time to point out and blue tape small cosmetic issues I would've missed. The things he found and the advice he gave will save me $$$ in future problems and home repairs. Everything he found and discussed with me is included in his report; I'm going to take it with me when I meet with the project manager to ensure each problem has been addressed and corrected. His attention to detail and sound advice put me at ease immediately. He is friendly, personable and gave me an honest assessment. I give All American Home Inspections, LLC the highest recommendation!

Comments: Bart was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided detailed and honest information, which was especially appreciated sure to the fact that the house is over a century old. I came in with a list of things I was going to make sure that he inspected and he beat me to revert single thing in my list, in addition to several things I hadn't even thought about. The fact that he was available with less than 24 hours notice was a huge bonus!

Comments: You are hiring the best in the business! Bart covered our pre-installation (1st visit) and final inspection. He identified observable and unnoticeable items from the foundation to craftsmanship issues in our newly constructed home that needed to be addressed at the beginning and end of the development. As a result, our developer and contractor had taken the necessary steps to address the issues prior to our settlement. We are very grateful for Barts professionalism and great service!
