Comments: Very professional and knowledgeable. Flexible with your schedule and available pretty much any day of the week on a regular business hours. Report came back pretty quick as I need it for pre-drywall meeting on a new house built by Ryan Homes. All license and insurance paperwork are up to dated so we didn't have any problems with Ryan Homes allow him into the house under construction to do the inspection. I'm glad I found him on Home Advisor web site. I would recommend Bart as your Home Inspector.
